What time is Ibiza Delivers open from and to?
The office is open from 8am until 9pm.
Our delivery times are from 11.00am – 13.00pm, 13.00pm – 15.00pm, 16.30pm – 18.30pm, 18.30pm – 20.30pm
Which days of the week is Ibiza Delivers open?
Ibiza Delivers is open 7 days a week throughout the season. The service opens on May 3rd and closes on September 30th
How much is the delivery charge?
We do not charge for delivery but add an account management fee to each order. For the standard next day delivery service, we charge €15 (reduced from €25 for the 2018 season). For same day deliveries, we charge a €25 account management fee.
What is the cut off time for a next day delivery?
Clients can order for a next day or any date up to 3 months in advance. The cut off time for next day delivery is 13.00pm CET
How can I pay?
All orders must be placed online and paid at the point of order, using either a Visa or Mastercard
I am trying to place my order but the Internet keeps dropping so I am unable to. Is there anything Ibiza Delivers can do to help?
If clients are having issues in placing their order, we can process the order for you. All goods will remain in your shopping basket and we can login and process the order for you. What is the cancellation policy of the online supermarket service?
In order to cancel an order and receive a full refund clients must notify Ibiza Delivers at least 72 hrs in advance of the delivery date.
What is the returns policy of the online supermarket service?
Any good or product which is delivered to a client and is damaged will be replaced by Ibiza Delivers, so long as we are notified within 6 hrs of the delivery. Please call or email the office to arrange this.
Do you only offer the supermarket service in Ibiza?
Yes, we only offer the online supermarket service in Ibiza and will deliver to any location on the island. We can deliver provisions to Formentera using our Hunton tender as part of the Offshore Service.
What is the cancellation policy of the Offshore service?
All water taxi or offshore experience bookings can be cancelled with a full refund so long as notification is received more than 72 hrs prior to the booking. If cancelled less than 72 hrs ahead of the booking, we will give a 50% discount.
